    Community events: Review and comments
    • Melody Miller Performance: about 30 attended. Very well received.
    • Festival for the Unborn: planning was difficult, could not decide on venue (depended on piano), program kept changing & started getting too long. Suggestions:
      • Need 2 designated co-leaders, people need to coordinate with the co-leaders;
      • Divide up the work with subcommittee chairs;
      • Leadership meets together in person or on Zoom.
      • Board should designate the leader for a particular initiative;
      • Board needs to be able to step in to resolve problems or conflicts.
    Preparation for Annual Meeting
    • The Annual Meeting will be on Saturday, March 28, 2-5 PM at the Mays home.
    • We need to send out a notice of the date, call for (1) time to renew annual membership; (2) reports from Anthroposophical organizations and groups; and (3) notice of who is standing for election to the Board:
      • Robert’s and Viorica’s terms end at the AGM; they are willing to renew for another 3 years.
      • Michael Way has indicated he wants to join the Board. Michael’s background and skills: the Board will include him as a nominee.
    • Follow-on meeting of the Board: to elect the Officers.
    • TO DO: Robert to send out notice of Annual General Meeting plus other notices to renew membership and to propose additional members to serve on the Board.
    Upcoming Events
    • St. John’s – needs to be planned if someone wants to take it up. Elena?
    • TO DO: Allen – send out an email to see if anyone is interested in a festival for St. John’s.
