Minutes for the RSB-NC Board Meeting April 28, 2024
Attendance: Whitney, Allen, Robert, Annie, and Kelly. Viorica was absent. Stuart Weeks from Concord, MA was visiting.
Opening verse
Review the decisions from the previous meeting on March 24: Branch Officers for 2024
- President: open
- Vice President and Treasurer: Robert Mays
- Secretary: Kelly DiPietro
Review the Annual Meeting: March 23rd, 2-5 PM
- Election of Board members: Kelly DiPietro re-elected, Annie Haas elected, Allen Barenholtz elected, Whitney MacDonald elected.
Plan for the next Branch Sponsored Event: (name change from “Branch Meeting”) Sunday, May 5th, 2-4:30 PM
- Further publicity about the meeting: Can Buddy send something to TCC? Can Viorica put it on the Emerson List Serve?

TO DO: When Kelly receives a response from Viorica, Buddy, and Lynn regarding the forwarding of the flyer she will send the new flyer to them.

Discuss future plans for the Branch:
- Speakers to invite.
- Festivals: St. John’s Tide and looking ahead to future festivals.
- Artistic events to sponsor.
- Future Branch meeting for the Fall.
Report on the status of Branch activities:
- Study groups. Threshold Group: 11th and 25th May at 10:30 at Eves’
- EWS. No report.
- Other Waldorf initiatives. Sun Star Farm
- Christian Community. Priest to visit in ??? Retreat in Black Mountain this summer,
- Biodynamics group. Jon is back in town. Group continues to meet regularly.
