(Officers usually hold their office for 3 years, unless circumstances occur which make a change necessary in their lives). Viorica- Yes; Robert- Yes; Kathleen- Yes; Kelly- Maybe not, as she is working more this year. Kelly will bring a laptop to meetings to avoid a homework assignment after the meeting.

Treasurer’s Report (Robert): Robert reviewed the updated membership list. We converted the CD to two 24-month CDs at 4.18% APR interest in Self-Help Bank. The two CDs separate our restricted funds into the Building Fund and the Linda Folsom Fund.
TO DO: Kathleen to send out the AGM report; Robert to post it on the website.
Festivals and Events:
- Carolyn Rich – canceled her plans for a May speech Performance
- St. John’s – was held at N. Forest Hills Park near the Smileys. Jenny Bingham and Christina Beck created the program which included a talk about St. John and archangel Uriel, conversation, singing of a medieval chant, food and singing.
- Michaelmas – Jenny Bingham said that she would plan this; no details yet
- The World Conference at the Goetheanum – during the week of Michaelmas; it looks wonderful, but unfortunately it will not be televised or on Zoom.
- Christmas – 100th anniversary of the Christmas Conference; a huge conference will be happening at the Goetheanum. Unfortunately, it also will not be televised; locally, Judy Frey says she is working on a writing a Play based on a book she read that she feels would be appropriate for a Holy Night. Kathleen would like to see something done to commemorate the Christmas Conference.
